L'Artista is more than a restaurant. It's a community with constant innovation and passion for Italian food and culture from an authentic heart to your soul. Our maestro chef, Roberto Reatini, loves experimenting with traditional Italian recipes while using modern cooking techniques to surprise and excite your tastebuds every visit. Italian tradition is shaped by the hands of Mammas and Nonnas, who carry the gift of heritage forward to unite the territory through flavours and renewal.
Influenced by Mama’s Kitchen and Italian comfort food, the Chef and the Team of L' Artista honour the everyday “simplicity” by showcasing its artistic complexity. The inspiration is either gently or ornately settled in the crevices of detail and subtle experimentation. A true artist doesn’t need to be loud to steal the show and certainly knows how to respect the art of heartful gastronomic creations.
The Chef Roberto Reatini
In 2020, after working in the kitchens of world-acclaimed restaurants in London and Florence since 2009, Chef Roberto Reatini became the Culinary Director of Nammos World & Nammos Dubai. When in Mykonos, he spotted the lack of a truly authentic Italian experience. He immediately started visualizing the time when he would introduce to his neighbouring country the real Italian cuisine, both in taste and feel.
